1. GENERALITIES

These General Contracting Conditions regulate the sale of digital products (modules, themes, and software) and the provision of services through the website Prestasolutions.com, owned by Alejandro Enrique Lozano Enríquez (75715966N).

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

THE PROVIDER offers through its website:

• Modules and addons for PrestaShop (downloadable software under license).

• Consulting, design, and web development services.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Product prices are shown in Euros (€) and include the applicable taxes (VAT) according to current regulations, unless stated otherwise during the purchase process.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit/Debit Card (Redsys Gateway): The charge is made in real-time through the corresponding financial entity's payment gateway, once the authenticity of the communicated data has been verified.

• Bizum: Immediate payment through the mobile platform.

4. DELIVERY AND DOWNLOAD

As these are digital products (modules and software), delivery is telematic and immediate. Once the payment is confirmed, the User will be able to download the files from their customer area or through the link provided via email.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

In accordance with Article 103, section m) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall NOT apply to contracts referring to:

"The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal."

Therefore, by purchasing a module or downloadable product and proceeding to download it, the Client acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal. No money refunds will be accepted once the software has been downloaded or sent, unless the product presents a demonstrable technical defect that prevents its operation and cannot be rectified by our support team.

6. SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

THE PROVIDER guarantees the correct functioning of its modules on a standard, clean installation of PrestaShop. Compatibility with third-party modules or modifications to the PrestaShop core made by the client is not guaranteed. Technical support will be limited to resolving incidents directly related to the code of the product sold.
